Job Title

We are seeking a Clinical Information Systems Manager to lead our team in planning and implementing effective clinical workflows.

  • We need someone with strong collaboration skills to work closely with our hospital operations team, gathering and understanding requirements for our NGEMR facility structures.
  • The successful candidate will lead the planning of NGEMR facility structures by designing effective workflows and collaborating with the hospital operations team.
  • This role requires organizing and running workshops and stakeholder meetings to capture requirements and develop suitable NGEMR workflows.
  • You will be responsible for handling meeting logistics such as scheduling, booking venues, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging catering when needed. You will also keep filing systems organized, either manually or digitally in a shared drive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the hospital operations team to gather and understand NGEMR requirements.
  • Plan and implement effective clinical workflows.
  • Organize and run workshops and stakeholder meetings.
  • Handle meeting logistics.
