Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Civil & Structural Project Engineer to oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil and structural engineering projects. You will collaborate closely with our project management, design, and construction teams to drive project success.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing civil and structural engineering projects from concept to completion. This includes leading teams of engineers, designers, and technicians to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects that meet client expectations.

  • Lead project teams to deliver complex civil and structural engineering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless project execution and satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in managing civil and structural engineering projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-profile projects with complex structures and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles, including building codes, zoning regulations, and local authority requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage project teams and resolve conflicts.
