Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead for Oil and Gas IndustryJob Description:

As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's Quality Management System to meet all relevant quality standards and regulations. You will conduct internal audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement in the QMS, provide training and guidance to employees on quality procedures and best practices, liaise with management to ensure the QMS aligns with the company's strategic objectives, monitor and report on key quality metrics to drive continuous improvement, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality initiatives, and stay up-to-date with industry regulations and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a quality assurance or quality management role, preferably in the Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, and Aerospace industries
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective Quality Management Systems
  • Excellent knowledge of quality standards and regulations, such as ISO
