We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Professional to join our team at J&CO ENGINEERING PTE. LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct risk assessments at project sites and recommend measures to minimize and eliminate potential risks to personnel.
  • Collaborate with Section Heads to implement and maintain a high level of safety at project sites.
  • Establish a strong safety culture within the company to achieve project safety and health targets.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory acts, company safety rules, and regulations, as well as codes of practice.
  • Maintain and monitor the achievement of a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Implement Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) management systems.
  • Manage safety audits on site.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Engineering (Environmental, Health, Safety) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years' relevant working experience as a WSHO in the Engineering and Construction Industry.
  • MOM registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer and possess ECO certificate.
  • Good working knowledge of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001.
  • Familiar with construction site safety inspections and regulations.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented individual with good interpersonal skills and strong technical competence.
