Customer Experience and Marketing Internship Opportunity

This internship offers a unique chance to elevate and streamline the customer journey. As a Customer Experience and Marketing Intern, you will collaborate closely with our business development and operations teams to engage in various facets of customer engagement.

The role involves supporting research & analysis to understand customers' painpoints and provide datapoints to improve initiatives. You will also assist in orchestrating and executing customer engagement initiatives, including surveys and events. Additionally, you will understand customers' painpoints through regular service audits and support the mapping of customer journey design and delivery for all EVCOs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support CX Research & Analysis to gain insights on customer needs and preferences
  • Assist in designing and executing customer engagement initiatives
  • Conduct regular service audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Map and deliver customer journey experiences

Marketing Support:

  • Help execute communications strategy initiatives
  • Support social media channels and content creation
  • Track and assess online presence and engagement

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge in UX is advantageous
  • Innate customer-centric mindset with a passion for elevating customer experience
  • Flexible work approach and adaptability
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
