Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. as a Back Office Operations Officer Corporate Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and operations support related to loan, money market, and securities transactions, as well as preparing various reports for submission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Processing: Handle back-office operations, including processing loans, securities, money market transactions, swaps, and forex. Prepare periodic reports for Head Office and regulatory agencies in Singapore and Japan.
  • Operations Support: Operate accounting and settlement systems (such as SWIFT). Review daily bank statements, ensure sufficient account balances, and monitor fund transfers for both inward and outward remittances, as well as customer accounts.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Support the Back Office and Middle Office Managers by managing the accounting system, inputting data, and generating reports. Assist the Compliance Manager with daily anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring, Know Your Customer (KYC) filings, responding to audit requests, and updating operational policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Non-experienced candidates with relevant education background are welcomed to apply. Preferred education qualification includes: Diploma or Degree in banking, finance, accounting, etc. Candidate with at least 1 - 2 years of back office operations experience within a corporate bank will have an added advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Great proficiency in MS Office suites is expected.
