As a Strategic Business Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the space and satellite market through the development and execution of business development strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand our market share and establish ourselves as industry leaders.
• Identify and pursue lucrative business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that align with our company's vision and objectives.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including satellite operators, space agencies, governments, and industry leaders, to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies, ensuring our company remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to develop tailored solutions for customers, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring revenue growth and profitability, while representing our company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Requirements:
• A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating your expertise in business development and management.
• Certification in business development or sales, showcasing your commitment to ongoing professional development and excellence in your field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the space and satellite industry, providing valuable insights and expertise in this specialized field.
• A strong network and connections within the industry, enabling you to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• A proven track record of successful business development and deal closure, demonstrating your ability to drive results and achieve goals.
• Experience working with government agencies, space agencies, or international organizations, highlighting your adaptability and ability to navigate complex environments.
• Familiarity with satellite communications, Earth observation, navigation, or space exploration, showcasing your passion for innovation and technological advancement.
• In-depth knowledge of space and satellite technologies, applications, and market trends, ensuring your understanding of the industry's complexities and nuances.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
