Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer and Site Manager to lead all local and overseas projects, including planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control and inspection of all projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project management: Ensure timely completion of tasks, manage resources, and maintain quality standards.
  • Communication and management of external related parties: Liaise closely with clients, architects, consultants, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Design detailed illustrations of door and window options, aluminum and glass partition cutting lists, and casement door and window accessories.
  • Provide guidance to engineers in relation to construction works, maintain schedule adherence, ensure quality standards, and resolve technical problems efficiently.
Requirements
  • Degree or higher, majoring in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Theoretical knowledge and practical experience in building materials, construction, interior design, and decoration.
  • Exceptional team management skills, providing expertise and supervision to the team.
  • High proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred.
