About the Role
  • You will be responsible for providing support for all our HR modules and other HR systems, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations.
  • Support system setup, maintenance and troubleshooting across all HR modules: Core HCM, Absence, Compensation & Benefits, Talent/Performance, Learning, Expense, Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB).
  • Manage security access and role assignments, ensuring data governance and accuracy.
  • Design and build HR reports and dashboards for reporting and analysis, providing insights to drive business decisions.
  • Work with 3rd party vendors to manage system integrations, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  • Conduct data integrity audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform centralized transactions, such as business process management and organisation management, ensuring consistency and control.
  • Support system implementation, enhancement and integration projects; manage project plans including scoping, timelines, requirements, configuration, testing, training, release and post-release checks.
  • Partner with HR functional experts on business requirements, providing sound judgement to balance efficient operations with local needs across a global organization.
About You
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HRIS implementation, maintenance and enhancement, with proven change management.
  • Experience with Workday; strong understanding of Workday concepts and configuration.
  • Functional knowledge of HR operations and business processes.
  • Ability to translate business process requirements into Workday configurations.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); Mandarin is advantageous for regional liaison.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with employee data.
  • Independent worker who is proactive, well-organized and capable of multitasking; a team player.
  • Consulting background is advantageous.
  • Humor and interest in working in a global company.
