As a Senior Analyst in our HR department, you will play a key role in implementing, maintaining and enhancing our HR systems. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise in HRIS implementation, maintenance and enhancement, with a proven track record of change management.
About the Role- You will be responsible for providing support for all our HR modules and other HR systems, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations.
- Support system setup, maintenance and troubleshooting across all HR modules: Core HCM, Absence, Compensation & Benefits, Talent/Performance, Learning, Expense, Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB).
- Manage security access and role assignments, ensuring data governance and accuracy.
- Design and build HR reports and dashboards for reporting and analysis, providing insights to drive business decisions.
- Work with 3rd party vendors to manage system integrations, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
- Conduct data integrity audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Perform centralized transactions, such as business process management and organisation management, ensuring consistency and control.
- Support system implementation, enhancement and integration projects; manage project plans including scoping, timelines, requirements, configuration, testing, training, release and post-release checks.
- Partner with HR functional experts on business requirements, providing sound judgement to balance efficient operations with local needs across a global organization.
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in HRIS implementation, maintenance and enhancement, with proven change management.
- Experience with Workday; strong understanding of Workday concepts and configuration.
- Functional knowledge of HR operations and business processes.
- Ability to translate business process requirements into Workday configurations.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); Mandarin is advantageous for regional liaison.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with employee data.
- Independent worker who is proactive, well-organized and capable of multitasking; a team player.
- Consulting background is advantageous.
- Humor and interest in working in a global company.
