Senior Credit Administrator

This role involves performing credit administration operations and providing operational support to the department.
Responsibilities include coordinating with related departments on credit admin matters, carrying out daily credit admin tasks, monitoring and following up on outstanding loan/security/customers related documents, scanning credit agreements/security documents and customers' specimen signatures into shared folders, and registering and maintaining credit records.
">Key Responsibilities:">- Carry out daily credit admin operations and provide operational support to the department
- Coordinate with related departments on credit admin matters
- Perform safe custody of facility and security documents (include registration of customer name, capture each document in computer system, safe keep/file all documents received in vault room)
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding loan/security/customers related documents
- Scan credit agreements/security documents and customers' specimen signatures into shared folder
- Register and maintain credit/
Working hours are 8.50am to 5.30pm (Mon to Fri) at a specified location.
Duration is 6 months contract.
