Senior Credit Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Credit Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end loan processing workflow, working closely with Sales and Credit teams to ensure timely and accurate preparation, review, and administration of credit documentation.
">- Prepare and underwrite loan documentation submitted by the Sales team, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Perform due diligence to confirm completeness and accuracy of all borrower documentation in accordance with internal credit policies and regulatory standards.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team, including system update, documentation tracking, and contracts generation.
- Work hand-in-hand with internal and external stakeholders (Sales, Credit Risk, Legal) to follow up on missing or incomplete documents and facilitate contract execution.
- Monitor and track documentation status to support timely disbursement of loan facilities.
- Assist in system data entry, reporting, and the preparation of internal summaries or checklists as required.
- Support during internal/external audit processes.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or other equivalent courses.
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, with relevant background providing added advantage.
- Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) to handle documentation and agreements submitted in Chinese and liaise with China office.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Leadership and people management skills for Senior roles.
- Good communication skills.
