About the Role:
The role of a Golf Course Marshal is a vital one, ensuring that golfers have a safe and enjoyable experience on the course. This includes managing pace of play, repairing divots and ball marks, and ensuring all golfers adhere to the booked schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the flow of play on the golf course, ensuring that golfers are aware of their place in the rotation and adhere to the rules of the game.
* Repair divots and ball marks on the green, maintaining the integrity of the course.
* Ensure that all golfers return their correct golf bag, preventing mix-ups and delays.
* Activate closure of the golf course in inclement weather conditions, prioritizing safety above all else.

Requirements:
* Strong communication skills, able to effectively manage interactions with golfers, staff, and other stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, while also being part of a close-knit team.
* Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, for extended periods of time.
* Basic math skills, required for tracking and reporting purposes.
