We are seeking a skilled and experienced Course Marshal to join our team. As a Golf Course Marshal, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of golf activities on the course.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Collecting tickets and monitoring the pace of play from early morning to evening rotations
- Managing golfer behavior and enforcing rules to maintain a positive experience for all players
- Repairing divots and ball marks on the field, as well as ensuring correct golf bag returns
- Activating golf course closure during inclement weather and maintaining time control on locker key issuance
- Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with golf rules and regulations
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Compensation Package:
- $1800 monthly basic pay
- One-month bonus
