Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise ERP Systems Consultant to join our team at APBA TG HUMAN RESOURCE PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting ERP solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced consultant to work with various stakeholders, analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:
1. ERP Implementation and Support: Design and implement effective ERP systems to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations.
2. Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
3. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks, setting realistic timelines, and delivering results within budget.
4. Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure users are proficient in using ERP systems, and create comprehensive documentation to support system maintenance and troubleshooting.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyse, and report data to inform business decisions, identify trends, and drive strategic planning.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
· A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst or similar role, preferably with finance module expertise in ERP system upgrades and migrations.
· In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), with familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in project management software.

Compensation

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of SGD $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
