About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in South East Asia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key partners in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the South East Asia region
  • Nurture relationships with dealers, architects, and designers to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local market and competitor landscape
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and plans
  • Provide excellent client service and sales results, meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability targets
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Interior Design
  • Several years of sales experience in the high-end furniture industry, with a proven track record of achieving measurable sales goals
  • Excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English, with Italian language skills a plus
