At LexisNexis Risk Solutions, we are seeking a skilled Technical Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

As a Technical Specialist, you will act as a subject matter expert in digital identity, device intelligence, and behavioral biometrics. You will support clients through the full lifecycle of solution design and integration.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, fraud strategy, product, engineering, and client stakeholders, to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of ThreatMetrix Dynamic Decision Platform (DDP) suite of products and capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement & Solution Design: Translate business requirements into scalable, effective fraud detection rules and integration plans.
  • Technical Integration & Support: Lead the implementation of ThreatMetrix SDKs, APIs, and policy configurations across web and mobile environments.
  • Platform Configuration: Configure custom rules and decisioning logic in the ThreatMetrix policy engine.
Requirements
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in solution implementation for enterprise clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and evaluation skills.
  • Strong consulting and client management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
