We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant to join our team. This individual will act as a subject matter expert in digital identity, device intelligence, behavioral biometrics and fraud detection technologies.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful onboarding and adoption of ThreatMetrix Dynamic Decision Platform (DDP) suite of products and capabilities.
Responsibilities:- Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients during the onboarding and implementation of ThreatMetrix.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, effective fraud detection rules and integration plans.
- Lead the implementation of ThreatMetrix SDKs, APIs, and policy configurations across web and mobile environments.
- Support client teams through technical troubleshooting, testing, and go-live activities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex issues or integration blockers.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in solution implementation for enterprise clients.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and evaluation skills.
- Strong consulting and client management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Willingness to learn new technologies constantly with new product acquisitions.
- Strong understanding of digital identity signals, device fingerprinting, and behavioral biometrics.
- Experience writing business rules for real-time decisioning systems.
