About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trade Operation Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing purchase orders, analyzing contract terms, and ensuring timely shipment of goods.

They will work closely with the marketing department to coordinate activities and provide support in areas such as after-sales services, key data entry into ERP systems, and monitoring customer and supplier payments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 1 year of experience in trade operation is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong understanding of Letter of Credit procedures.
