Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Audit Transformation Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the audit transformation process and ensuring that it is aligned with our organization's goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in audit and transformation, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and implementing large-scale projects. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the audit transformation process, including identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of audit transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and implement plans to address audit risks and opportunities, and ensure that they are properly executed.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of audit activities, including risk assessments, audit findings, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on audit progress and results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Financial Services, with 8 years of Internal Audit experience.
  • CPA holder or equivalent relevant Audit Qualification.
  • Experience delivering complex programmes/projects.
  • Deep understanding of Transformation, portfolio, and programme management risks.
