Early Childhood Education Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified professional to join our team as an Early Childhood Education Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging learning experiences.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • To plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs that promote the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children.
  • To establish and maintain effective relationships with families, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • To observe and record children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • To participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
  • To contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and safety of all children and staff.
  • To adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies related to child safety, health, and welfare.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, preferably with certifications such as EY1/EY2/L1/L2 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
  • At least two years of experience in early childhood care and education, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong passion for working with young children and their families, with a commitment to delivering high-quality services that meet the unique needs of each child.
