  • Develop and implement solar energy systems that meet the needs of our clients.">
  • Manage onsite installation teams to ensure timely completion of projects.">
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients during construction.">
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, adapting as needed to ensure successful outcomes.">
  • Oversee implementation on site, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.">
  • Manage the full project timeline from start to handover, ensuring seamless delivery.">
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, while identifying and mitigating potential risks.">
  • Review quality and ensure smooth project handover/system turn-on.">
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery processes.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.">
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in solar project management.">
  • Experience in solar project execution is an asset.">
  • Knowledge of PVsyst, AutoCAD, and construction software.">
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.">
  • Team player, customer-focused, and passionate about renewables.">
  • Singaporean or PR status required.">
