About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Wells Fargo Bank, National Association. This is a senior-level position responsible for leading cloud operations and providing critical trading floor support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud-based infrastructure solutions to ensure high availability and disaster recovery for our trading operations.
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in Azure and GCP cloud operations and migrations.
  • Analyze complex system software and hardware problems, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed to meet established service level agreements.
  • Participate in projects associated with implementation of upgrades, installations, modifications, customizations, and testing.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and user guides to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements and ITIL framework.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience.
  • Working knowledge with Azure and GCP cloud operations and migrations, serverless computing (Azure Functions, Google Cloud Functions).
  • Strong technical skills: Microsoft office products, Microsoft operating system (currently windows 10), hardware and provisioning for Trader Desktops/Laptops, Phone systems, turrets, and Mobiles (Android and IOS).
  • Experience with trading platforms (Bloomberg, Reuters) and desktop support services.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000-$180,000 based on industry standards and location.
