Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on-site troubleshooting for chiller and HVAC systems, providing timely and effective technical solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer service requests in a timely manner.
  • Conduct on-site troubleshooting for chiller and HVAC systems.
  • Recommend preventive actions to prevent system downtime.
  • Deliver technical solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of technical experience in chiller, HVAC, ACMV, or air-conditioning systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Possess Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
