Blockchain Technology Manager

As a seasoned Engineering Manager, you will lead our technical team in developing and delivering cutting-edge blockchain solutions. You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple blockchain projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to a team of software engineers, architects, and blockchain developers.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple blockchain projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and deadlines.
  • Talent Development: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to optimize productivity and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, particularly in blockchain technologies and decentralized applications (dApps). As an Engineering Manager, you will drive innovation in a rapidly evolving industry, staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the blockchain space.

We are seeking a leader who can implement best practices for software development, code reviews, testing, and deployment to maintain high standards of quality and reliability. The successful candidate will identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of blockchain solutions.

Excellent communication skills are required to provide updates on project status, technical challenges, and strategic initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and partners.
