Job Overview

This is a key leadership position that will drive business success through the effective management of strategic sourcing and third-party risk initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex procurement projects, developing and implementing risk management strategies, and fostering collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures related to supplier selection, contracting, and ongoing management.
  • Lead and/or contribute to category management of assigned spend categories, including establishing strong relationships with internal business partners, developing category strategies, and performing category governance.
  • Manage and continuously improve the firm-wide outsourcing and third-party risk management framework, ensuring that risks associated with third-party relationships are sufficiently identified, assessed, monitored, and remediated.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years in outsourcing governance, third-party risk management, and/or vendor management.
  • Proven track record of managing third-party risks and implementing effective risk management strategies.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to outsourcing and third-party risk management.
Working Experience
  • Experience in procurement and supplier risk management platforms is a plus.
  • Knowledge of MAS Outsourcing Guidelines and relevant regulations.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly preferred.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as Certified Third Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) or similar are advantageous.
