Content Editor Role Overview

This is a role where you will work on editing market intelligence and news content for various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify key time-sensitive market intelligence and prioritize its publication.
  • Ensure the accuracy of information gathered by reporters, ensuring that all published content adheres to our coverage criteria and is relevant to our readers.
  • Extensive on-the-job learning is required; candidates must be self-motivated.
  • Open to working flexible shifts.
  • Work independently and collaborate with a wide team of reporters and analysts across regions.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  • A passion for journalism and editing.
  • Experience in reporting and editing for financial news services, newspapers, or online publications.
  • A postgraduate degree or diploma in journalism is preferred.
  • Research editors/copy editors at business intelligence-focused organizations, news publications/magazines, credit agencies, or city editors with experience in market intelligence can also apply.
  • The candidate will need to work across different time zones as necessary.
