Sustainability and Compliance Professional

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the effectiveness of our Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) management system. They will be responsible for implementing and maintaining EHS assurance standards, as well as leading audit activities and communicating with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement EHS assurance procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct audits and assessments to verify the implementation of EHS policies and procedures.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to reduce risk exposure and non-compliance.
- Analyze data from audits and assessments to inform risk management strategies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including site management, regional teams, and global leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Professional certifications in safety, such as CSP or NEBOSH.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in developing and implementing EHS programs and initiatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
