Auto Service Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Service Professional to join our team. As an integral part of our service department, you will be responsible for handling customer complaints and issues, providing quotations for service repair works, monitoring progress, and liaising with technicians and suppliers.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
  • Provide quotations for service repair works and negotiate prices as needed
  • Monitor progress of repairs and keep customers updated on any issues or delays
  • Liaise with service operation/technicians for all repair/customer service issues
  • Liaise with suppliers for parts purchases and assist in inventory management
  • Assist Operation Manager in service-related matters, including planning and allocation of resources
  • Coordinate with customers to meet technical requirements
  • Administer documentation related to costing, repair quotations, and vehicle history files
  • Assist customers with vehicle check-in and check-out from the workshop
  • Manage phone calls and drive-ins to address customer concerns
Requirements:
  • GCE 'O' or 'N' Levels / NITEC in Automotive Technology
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong inclination to achieve customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders
  • Possess Class 3 or 3A driving license
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, with days off on weekdays
