About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team as a Business Operations Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support and technical expertise to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer administrative support services, including data entry, email management, filing, and other clerical tasks.
  • Prepare high-quality reports to aid in business decision-making.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot in-house computer systems.
  • Perform various ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by senior management.
  • Report directly to the Admin Manager and Director.
Requirements
  • Diploma in any field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Relevant experience as an IT Systems Administrator is highly valued.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to commence work immediately or on short notice.
