Job Title: Corporate Secretary Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Secretary to join our team at Excellence Singapore Advisory Pte. Ltd.

About the Role:

The Corporate Secretary will be responsible for handling a full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties, including company incorporations, striking off of companies, and preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions. This role requires ensuring compliance with relevant statutory requirements, maintenance of statutory registers, and submission of statutory returns. Additionally, the successful candidate will perform adhoc duties as required.

Responsibilities:
  • Corporate Secretarial Duties:
  • Handling company incorporations, striking off of companies, and preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions.
  • Maintenance of statutory registers and submission of statutory returns.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory requirements.
  • Performing adhoc duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Law. Other qualifications will be considered.
  • Prior experience in a relevant field will be an advantage.
Skills:
  • Language Skills:
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin required to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
Personal Qualities:
  • Positive Working Attitude:
  • Pro-active, good team player, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to work under pressure.
