Responsibilities
  • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) testing on bug fixes and feature releases.
  • Document test findings and communicate with software developers.
  • Provide technical support to existing customers over the phone and email.
  • Maintain and update documentation in the online help system.
RequirementsSkills You'll Need
  • MANDATORY: Experience with automated testing using Microsoft Playwright.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years' experience in providing client support for a technical product.
  • Experience supporting third-party enterprise software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Azure DevOps.
