Human Resource Specialist

The role of a Human Resource Specialist is multifaceted and demanding, requiring a unique blend of administrative, interpersonal, and analytical skills. As an integral member of the organization's HR team, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to hiring.
- Recruit, interview, and hire top talent to fill various positions within the company.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment.
- Coordinate employee relations, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance on workplace etiquette.
- Collaborate with department heads to design and deliver training programs that enhance staff performance and development.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational abilities. A minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field is required, and bilingual skills in English & Mandarin are highly valued. At least 2 years of relevant HR experience is preferred but not necessary.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with HR software and systems is also beneficial.
