Freelance Part-Time Primary English Creative Writing Educator

We are seeking experienced and passionate teachers to join us as Freelance/Part-Time Primary English Creative Writing Teachers. This role focuses on delivering engaging lessons to Primary level students in alignment with Singapore's national curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality English Creative Writing lessons based on the MOE curriculum, utilizing effective teaching strategies to build interest and confidence in English Writing among students. Create a positive and conducive learning environment that encourages active participation and academic excellence. Monitor student progress, identify learning gaps, and provide timely feedback and support. Maintain open and supportive communication with parents regarding students' development and learning goals. Foster meaningful relationships with students to motivate them towards discipline and long-term learning success.
Requirements:
Candidates must be NIE-trained or MOE/EX-MOE teachers or have experience as Group Tuition Tutors, possessing a strong understanding of the Singapore English Writing syllabus. They should also possess minimum 1 year of group teaching experience or private tutoring in English Writing. Strong classroom management and communication skills are essential. Candidates should be patient, nurturing, and genuinely invested in student development and well-being. They must commit to a consistent part-time teaching schedule and be willing to travel for on-site assignments.
Job Details:
This is a part-time, permanent contract position. The contract length is 12 months. The hourly pay rate is $45.00.
