Freelance / Part-Time Primary English Creative Writing Teacher

This role and position focuses on delivering engaging lessons to Primary level students in alignment with Singapore's national curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality English Creative Writing lessons based on the MOE curriculum .
- Engage students using effective and creative teaching strategies to build interest and confidence in English Writing .
- Create a positive and conducive learning environment that encourages active participation and academic excellence.
- Monitor student progress, identify learning gaps, and provide timely feedback and support.
- Maintain open and supportive communication with parents regarding students' development and learning goals.
- Build meaningful relationships with students to foster motivation, discipline, and long-term learning success.
Requirements:
- Must be NIE Trained or MOE/EX-MOE Teacher or Experience Group Tuition Tutor , with a strong understanding of the Singapore English Writing syllabus.
- Minimum 1 year of group teaching experience or private tutoring in English Writing.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Patient, nurturing, and genuinely invested in student development and well-being.
- Able to commit to a consistent part-time teaching schedule.
- Willingness to travel for on-site assignments
Every Tues : 3.30pm to 5pm and 5.30 to 7pm @ Compassvale Lane
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Contract, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
