Key Responsibilities:
- Produce, update, and provide support on MS documents, databases, and other departmental systems;
- Be resourceful and proactive, utilizing organizational skills and time management;
- Prepare emails, reports, agendas, and meeting notes as needed;
- Collect and organize data using pre-set tools, methods, and formats to generate standard reports;
- Document Preparation – Prepare required documents and tracking using a variety of applications such as Microsoft Office and other standard office software;
- Understand data collection, processing, and protection rules and regulations to achieve compliance with organizational objectives and applicable laws;
- Schedule appointments, arrange meetings and conferences, and organize travel plans as needed;
- Support procurement activities as part of the team;
- Other duties as assigned.
