We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Equipment Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch equipment maintenance and repair services at customer locations.

Your primary responsibility will be to perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair equipment as needed. You will also be responsible for installing, commissioning, calibrating, and testing equipment at customer sites. Additionally, you will implement corrective actions to resolve technical issues and manage administrative tasks associated with service delivery.

You will work collaboratively with customers and colleagues to achieve service delivery goals. Key responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment; installing, commissioning, calibrating, and testing equipment; implementing corrective actions to resolve technical issues; managing administrative tasks associated with service delivery; responding to customer complaints and providing support for corrective maintenance; meeting individual and departmental key performance indicators (KPIs); and developing and maintaining professional relationships with customers and colleagues through effective teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with an ITE diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering are preferred.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is required.
  • 3 years' experience in field service for industrial equipment is necessary. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is beneficial.
  • Ability to interpret service manuals and follow maintenance guidelines is essential.
