Electrical and Signalling Specialist

The successful candidate will assist in the testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical and signalling systems for a rail project.

  • Assist in the preparation and review of technical procedures and checklists.
  • Perform and supervise testing and commissioning work as per approved procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and rectification of faults during testing and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review technical documents.
  • Coordinate with design engineers and site supervisors.
  • Communicate with external stakeholders.
  • Conduct testing and commissioning activities.

Requirements:

  • Nitec or Diploma in Mechatronic or Electrical Engineering or relevant fields.
  • Willingness to work on overnight shifts.

Preferred Skills:

  • Troubleshooting skills.
  • Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency.
  • Construction experience.
  • Signalling project knowledge.
  • Electrical engineering expertise.
  • PLC programming skills.
  • Railway signalling knowledge.

This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and signalling systems.
