Senior HR Director Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Director to lead the human resources function, providing strategic advice to leadership and overseeing core HR operations for the company's long-term growth and compliance.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies across the APAC region, driving employee engagement, growth, and efficiency.
  • Oversee regional human capital management, streamlining HR operations and ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
  • Manage regional payroll, compensation, and benefits initiatives, partnering closely with senior leadership to align human resource strategies with business goals and workforce planning.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or a relevant discipline, with at least 10 years of experience, including 5 years of leading a team. Strong stakeholder management skills, excellent organisational skills, and effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
