About the Role: As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for ensuring prompt and quality customer care to our global clients. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve efficient order management and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:- Taking ownership of assigned clients and portfolios to uphold accurate and complete order processing standards
- Preparing and ensuring accuracy in administrative documents, including creating and updating system records
- Monitoring production-to-shipment status and providing timely updates to clients and other functional teams
- Resolving issues/enquiries pertaining to technical, customer satisfaction, product return, billing, and credit matters
- Managing pricing quotes according to company guidelines
- Interpreting sales promotions and discounts by entering updates in SAP system
- Assisting Regional Sales Managers to identify business opportunities within assigned territories
- Reviewing customer satisfaction levels and tracking complaints to build engagement and quality support
- Minimum 3 years of relevant B2B customer service/order management/logistics coordination experience
- A committed, proactive, and meticulous personality with proven multitasking ability
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, with the ability to interface with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP Hana preferably
- Open to flexible hours, late-night calls, and occasional travels
Benefits and Perks: This role offers a competitive salary range of SGD 45,000 - 60,000 per annum, variable bonuses, and attractive perks in a multinational corporation environment.
