Senior Visual Designer

">Job Summary:">

We are seeking a skilled Senior Visual Designer to develop innovative designs for digital and print media, encompassing social media graphics, email templates, landing pages, presentations, brochures, and more.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Prepare initial design concepts/sketches for proposal and suggest modifications as necessary.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand design requirements and create creative visual design solutions.
  • Design and produce high-quality visual content for various digital and print media, including social media graphics, email templates, landing pages, presentations, brochures, infographics, and more.
  • Evaluate all designs against our brand guidelines to ensure they align with our objectives and effectively communicate our message.
  • Effectively manage time to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
">Requirements:">
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a design role, preferably in a senior position.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign. Any other design software experience is beneficial.
  • Proven design experience with digital and print marketing materials.
  • Familiarity with design trends relating to brand identity, color theory, fonts, and typography.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment as part of an in-house design team.
  • Attention to detail with a keen eye for detail and the ability to produce high-quality designs that are accurate, consistent, and on-brand.
  • Effective communication skills: Ability to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, turning ideas and suggestions into strong visual concepts.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm or 3pm to 12am (exact timing to be confirmed).
