Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Visual Design Specialist. In this role, you will assist in the development of visually appealing designs for advertising campaigns across various digital and social media platforms.

About the Role

  • You will collaborate with our campaign managers to produce high-quality design assets for campaigns and promotions.
  • Assist in creating engaging digital campaign materials and adapt content across multiple channels.
  • Maintain and organize digital design assets and files, ensuring efficient workflow and organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software tools, and industry best practices to deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Excellent visual design skills, including typography, layout, color, motion, and behavior.
  • Ability to communicate creative ideas effectively and collaborate in a team setting while working independently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
