Healthcare Support Role

The Clinic Assistant plays a vital administrative support role in our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the healthcare industry and be comfortable working on weekends and Public Holidays.
This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Manage front-desk duties, including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, phone inquiries, and maintaining accurate medical records.
- Handle payments, process insurance claims, provide cost estimates, and maintain adequate medical supplies.
- Assist healthcare professionals with procedures, prepare examination rooms, sterilize instruments, and support patient consultations.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum NITEC certification or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry is highly valued.
- Comfortable working on weekends and Public Holidays.
