Clinical Trial Contract Negotiator

The Assistant/Manager will provide support to the Clinical Trials Office in reviewing and finalizing contracts related to clinical trials for a Division of Clinical Sciences.
- Assist in reviewing clinical trial contracts and negotiating agreement terms with commercial sponsors, CROs, academic institutions or international trial groups.
- Verify contract documents and obtain signatures from signatories.
- Track agreement timelines and follow up with parties who have not replied.
- Supervise and advise the Feasibility Team during NDA negotiation and act as back-up during manpower shortages.
- Approve online payments, training applications and other online tasks.
- Oversight of financial and insurance reporting.
- Submit and update clinicaltrials.gov entries.
- Maintain executed contracts and confidentiality.
Main Requirements:
- Recognized degree with 6-8 years of experience in negotiating clinical trial contacts.
- Knowledge of clinical trial conduct procedures.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
- Strong communication, writing, leadership and management skills.
- Meticulous, sharp and driven individual.
