Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the development of our clinical trial program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and finalize contracts related to clinical trials, collaborating with various stakeholders and ensuring timely agreement terms.
  • Track agreement timelines and follow up on overdue replies.
  • Supervise and provide backup support during manpower shortages.
  • Approve online payments and manage other assigned online applications.
  • Oversee financial and insurance reporting and submit clinicaltrials.gov records.
  • File and maintain executed contracts, ensuring secure storage and confidentiality.

Required Qualifications:

  • Recognized degree and 6-8 years of experience in negotiating clinical trial contacts or research study contracts, including staff supervision.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, good command of language, and strong people skills.
  • Leadership and management skills, with a focus on being a team player.
  • Meticulous, sharp, and driven individual.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of clinical trial conduct procedures.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
