This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure timely and secure transportation of cash and sensitive documents.
Main Responsibilities:- Collect and submit cheques, cash, and documents from carparks and offices
- Generate reports from carpark systems and submit to the office
- Dispatch stationery and staff petty cash claims from the office to carparks
- Dispatch and collect documents assigned by the office
- Transport documents between Chai Chee office and Vertex HQ office
- Deliver complimentary/redemption tickets to clients and carparks
- Assist site staff with submitting stationery orders and leave requests
Our ideal candidate should possess:
Requirements:- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Possess a Singapore Class 3 Driving License
- Be proactive, responsible, and keen to work in a team
- Be willing to work overtime when required
- Be able to work independently, meticulously, and with attention to detail
- Be responsible, proactive, and willing to learn and adapt to changes
Preferred Skills include arranging, vehicles, physical fitness, Class 3 driving license, attention to details, customer service, and ability to work independently.
