About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Client Service Representative for Rates. This is a key role in our Prime Brokerage Client Servicing team, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a key point of contact for institutional clients, supporting them from onboarding through to ongoing servicing
- Provide expert knowledge and support on rates-related products and services
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client service delivery
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in client servicing or a related field
- Strong product knowledge and expertise in rates-related products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
