Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Showroom Manager to lead our team at our Alexandra showroom. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the daily operation of the showroom, ensuring it meets King Living standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and support the daily operation of the showroom according to King Living standards.
  • In the absence of the Showroom Manager, conduct daily team meetings to provide updates on pricing, packages, product changes, sales targets, and promotions.
  • Present the showroom and our product to the highest standard and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Effectively manage the team to achieve business goals, while facilitating ongoing product and sales training, building a strong, collaborative culture.
  • Liaise and help facilitate the smooth running of stock replenishment in partnership with our supply chain team.
  • Establish and build customer relationships and manage and resolve customer complaints as required and in partnership with the Showroom Manager.
  • Ensure all marketing material is set up in line with Marketing and Brand requirements including window decals and point of sale.

Requirements:
  • Confident and experienced leader with a strong track record in supporting and managing teams.
  • Driven to achieve business goals and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent professional presentation.
  • Intermediate ability in computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite and SAP.
  • Strong mentoring and coaching leadership style to promote, motivate, and build a cohesive team culture.
