The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations, handling customer inquiries, and providing sales support to ensure the smooth execution of freight forwarding services. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate logistics operations, including shipment processing, documentation, and customs clearance
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely updates on shipments
  • Support the sales team in quoting, liaising, and following up on client leads
  • Liaise with airlines, co-loaders, and other stakeholders to arrange space bookings and coordinate logistics
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, airport procedures, and company SOPs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or sales support
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel applications
Salary:

S$45,000 - S$60,000 per annum, depending on experience
