Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Middle Office Trading Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the operational functions related to options trading, with a secondary focus on Decentralized Finance (DeFi). Your responsibilities will include managing trade reconciliations, lifecycle event management, and settlement processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking, reconciling, and reporting on trading Profit and Loss (P&L), margin balances, and position risk.The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of options mechanics, risk management, and structured products. You should also have experience working with trading desks, clearing brokers, and exchange-traded and over-the-counter options. Knowledge of DeFi products and protocols is a plus but not required. Proficiency in SQL and Python is also a desirable skill.In this role, you will collaborate closely with our trading, risk, treasury, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution, funding optimization, and proper risk controls. You will also develop and enhance automation tools for risk monitoring, P&L attribution, and reconciliation processes for options trading. A strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced trading environment are essential qualities for this position.We offer a hybrid model that allows you to work from home and our office in Singapore.
