We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Bus Operations Trainee in our organization. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

The work schedule for this role is six days a week, from Monday to Saturday. Shifts will be between 9am and 9pm or 9pm and 9am. This requires flexibility and adaptability to ensure seamless operations.

As a Bus Operations Trainee, your primary responsibilities will include coordinating with the customer service team to arrange transport and delivery services. You will also be responsible for generating job orders for bus drivers, liaising with repair shops regarding vehicle servicing, government matters, and inspections, handling scheduling routines through our in-house system, updating transport service changes for clients and management, maintaining bus profiles, managing customer complaints and inquiries related to safety and driving matters, communicating with customers, rescheduling as needed during breakdowns or traffic issues, studying route plans, schedules, pick-up points, and monitoring driver performance.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of GCE O level or above, or extensive experience in logistics or delivery services.
  • At least two years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in warehouse, supply chain, or distribution centers is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin or Malay for communication with drivers.
  • Customer service-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Open to all age groups. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
